Mascoma Community Healthcare has established an exciting new community health center in Canaan, New Hampshire. Mascoma Community Healthcare is looking for professionals to give life to the health center.

We are looking for professionals that care about people, who want to treat whole families and their friends and neighbors, who are willing to invest time in people's lives to affect positive health outcomes and who are excited to work with other collaborative health professionals from related fields to create a team approach to healthcare.

The 14,000 square foot facility will feature 12 medical examination rooms, five dental operatories, four education, counseling and behavioral health rooms, medical lab, dental lab, pharmacy, radiography, and physical therapy service areas. While not all services will be offered immediately, the plan is to have all services offered within 3 to 5 years.

The community health center is the result of the participation and planning of 400 area residents who designed a community supported and accountable integrated healthcare system. It truly is a medical home for the 11,500 people who live in the five towns of Mascoma Valley. The facility is designed to serve 7,500 patients. Please explore our website for further information about the Health Center.

MCH is committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The ultimate benefit is an emotionally and professionally rewarding practice that allows a practitioner to practice.

Get excited again about practicing care where your professionalism is recognized, given the resources it needs, and builds relationships between professionals and patients.
