Mascoma Community Healthcare, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in the Mascoma River Valley that will:

• Provide a Health Center designed, managed, and supported by members of the communities it serves to provide medical and behavioral health care that is affordable regardless of insurance status and ability to pay;

• Operate a comprehensive community dental center with all services provided regardless of ability to pay based on utilization of high efficiency modern care funded by higher revenue derived from insurance and self-paying patients combined with lower revenue from Medicaid and lesser available revenue from low income, uninsured patients;

• Serve the health needs of the Mascoma Valley including Canaan, Dorchester, Enfield, Grafton, Orange, Lebanon and greater Upper Connecticut River Valley; and

• Serve as an advocate for quality, patient focused, integrated, accountable, convenient, local patient care.
